Terms of Service

RealtoAI provides a dashboard, inventory tools, lead inbox, WhatsApp and website AI chat, and a credit wallet. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate signup details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including what the AI sends on your WhatsApp number and website widget.

There is no monthly subscription. You buy credits and spend them on AI actions (WhatsApp replies, website replies and similar). Credits are a billing unit, not a cash balance. Unused purchased credits do not expire on a short timer; promotional bonus credits may expire. Failed AI requests are not charged.

When credits reach zero, AI pauses. You can still log in, view leads, conversations, analytics and manage business data. Recharge to resume AI.

Do not use RealtoAI to spam, impersonate others, break WhatsApp or Meta rules, or send illegal content. Do not try to access another workspace. You must only quote inventory that is actually available in your data.

The assistant is configured from your data and instructions. It can still be wrong. You remain responsible for prices, availability and promises made to customers. Human takeover is available for any chat.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, RealtoAI is not liable for lost deals, Meta or OpenAI outages, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the credits you purchased in the previous 30 days.
