RealtoAI is an AI sales assistant for businesses. We host your workspace, inventory, leads, conversations and credit wallet so your team can reply to customers on WhatsApp and the website chatbot.

Account details such as name, email, phone and company information when you sign up.

Business data you upload: inventory records, knowledge documents, team members and AI instructions.

Customer messages from WhatsApp and the website widget, plus leads, appointments and follow-ups created from those chats.

Billing data needed to recharge credits (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

To run your workspace, match customer questions to your inventory, qualify leads and notify your team.

To generate AI replies using your business data and a third-party model provider. We send only the filtered context needed for that reply — not your full database and not payment secrets.

To deduct credits for paid AI actions and to email low-balance or signup notices.

We do not sell your leads or inventory. Data stays in your workspace. Processors we use include hosting, MongoDB, Stripe, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, OpenAI (or the model you configure) and email delivery.

We keep workspace data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete a workspace by writing to the contact page. Backup copies may remain for a short period.

Workspace owners can edit or delete inventory, leads and conversations from the dashboard. Website visitors should only share a phone number after they agree to be contacted.
